Reducing Stress and Anxiety Conference

Kick-Off Event

The PEN annual Reducing Stress and Anxiety Conference kicks off on February 7th, 2024 with a panel discussion at Boulder Country Day School. Register here for the kick-off and to be put on an email list to be notified when registration opens for the other conference events. 

​

The kick-off panel will set the foundation for the state of youth mental health. It will include topics such as depression and suicide, body image and eating disorders, social media, drugs and alcohol. Panelists include: Jenny Hecht, Nicholas Thompson, Jane Reagan and Avani Dilger and moderated by Amy Robertson.

Follow up discussions that delve more deeply into each topic will be held from February through April at various locations throughout the community.
